De maatschappelijke erfenis van Johan Cruijff
De Johan Cruyff Foundation steunt en ontwikkelt wereldwijd impactvolle sport- en spelprojecten. Hierbij focussen we ons op kinderen en jongeren voor wie sport niet vanzelfsprekend is.
De Cruyff Foundation doet dit met sportprojecten voor kinderen met een handicap, door het inrichten van de sportieve buitenruimte in aandachtsgebieden en maatschappelijke sportprogramma’s. Hiermee creëert de Cruyff Foundation letterlijke en figuurlijk ruimte.
Ruimte waarin kinderen en jongeren zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Ruimte om vrienden te maken. Ruimte om op te groeien tot gezonde, betrokken individuen. Ruimte om hun toekomst vorm te geven en het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Woensdag 24 september is het weer tijd voor de Cruyff Foundation Open Dag! En van één iemand weten we zeker dat die erbij is: 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐲𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐞, onze eigen mascotte 💛

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧!
Before the Johan Cruyff Shield took place at the Philips stadium, something just as exciting happened nearby. On the 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐲𝐟𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥, young football fans from Deventer and Eindhoven, loyal to Go Ahead Eagles and PSV played a friendly match⚽💛❤️
After the game, they headed to the stadium together to watch the big match. A true example of how sports connects, no matter where you’re from or who you support.

An exciting start to the season.
Many thanks to all the visitors, who contributed 1 euro to our projects. Together we raised €𝟐𝟖.𝟕𝟒𝟓. This will give children the space to play sports and to grow and develop through sports.

The Cruyff Courts in Lelystad, Drachten, Groningen and Heerenveen were all about the girls events of 𝐋𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐚 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐲𝐟𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐬. Through these events, girls were motivated with boxing lessons that made them mentally and physically stronger! 💪
To bring it all together, final events were organised with football, cotton candy, and in Groningen, a real boxing ring, right in the middle of the Cruyff Court 🥊
@laforsa_ is an organisation that encourages girls to enjoy being active and discover what they’re capable of. Proud of every 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨 who took part 💛

Last weekend, children had the opportunity to play sports on the mobile Cruyff Court during the @feyenoord Festival 💛❤️
Fans got to experience how Feyenoord is making a difference through sports on the courts across the region.
From Cruyff Court Giovanni van Bronckhorst to Cruyff Court Charlois, the Feyenoord Foundation is active on several pitches every week to get children, youngsters, and seniors moving.
Together, we bring sports to everyone! 🙌

1 month ago, we surprised @sander_westerveld with his own 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐲𝐟𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 in the UK. Right at the heart of Lakeside School in Liverpool! 💛
With this court we created space where children with special needs can move, play and grow.

We proudly reopend the Cruyff Court at special needs school Lichtenbeek. This court has wheelchair friendly artificial grass. With its short fibers and stable surface, is perfectly suited for wheelchair users, making it possible for all children to join in.
The children of the school celebrated the reopening with sports, games, and lots of joy🤩
The Cruyff Court, orginally opened in 2009, is in daily use and plays a key role in the development of children in special education. Due to the intensive use over the yrears, it was time for a well-deserved renovation.
The renewed Court was made possible in close partnership with @de_onderwijsspecialisten_
